The above consolidated unaudited results were taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting
held on 18th October 2006. The above results are subject to the limited review by the Auditors of the Company. |

The consolidated Financial Results are prepared in accordance with Accounting Standard (AS) 21 on Consolidated Financial Statements issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. |

Previous period figures have been regrouped and reclassified wherever necessary. |

The Company acquired other three companies viz., Geodesic Information Systems AB, Sweden, Pico Peta Simputers Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore and Engage Solutions Limited, Hongkong during the month of November and December 2005. Hence, the figures for previous corresponding quarters are not comparable. |

Minority interest in Geodesic Information Systems AB is adjusted while consolidating the above figures. |
